⚡ Important info for our sizes 3XL to 5XL (Massive Builds)

Especially for our big guys: From size 3XL, our hoodies and shirts grow mainly in width (shoulders & chest) to provide the necessary space for massive builds. However, they do not get significantly longer. So if you are very tall and strong, the item will fit nicely wide, but won't reach your knees.

The Fit: Bring the smart-casual vibe to the street or the gym. Our Premium Polo, made from high-quality piqué fabric, has a classic European cut (European Fit). Compared to our Heavyweight T-shirts, it is significantly more form-fitting and athletic. The sleeves are a bit tighter on the biceps, and the waist is slightly contoured.
How to find your size (Caution, it runs smaller!):
  • Athletic / Tailored Fit: Do you want the polo to fit athletically and form-fittingly on your body (and biceps)? Then choose your normal size.
  • Regular / Relaxed Fit: Do you prefer it a bit looser and more comfortable? Then definitely order one size larger than our regular T-shirts.
  • Oversize Look: Polos are inherently more classically cut. If you want that typically wide, baggy skater or streetwear polo look, go at least two sizes up.
⚡ Important note for the crew: Since this polo has a European cut, we always recommend ordering one size up if in doubt – especially if you have broad shoulders or a more massive back!

The Fit: This shirt is not a thin, tight-fitting fashion shirt. It is made from heavy, robust cotton and has the typical, slightly angular "Boxy Fit" of the 90s. It falls straight down and does not cling to the body – the perfect pump cover.

  • Regular Fit: The shirt fits true to size. Order your standard size for a classic, straight look.
  • Oversize / Pump-Cover Look: If you want the sleeves to fall a little longer over the biceps and you like the loose street style, go one size up.

Here's the secret recipe to keep your new Black Ursus piece as fresh as day one:
  • 🧊 Wash cold & inside out: Wash your item at a maximum of 30°C on a gentle cycle. Be sure to turn it inside out first – this is the absolute golden rule to protect the print.
  • 🚫 No fabric softener: Keep your hands off the fabric softener! The chemicals attack the print and make it crumble.
  • 🌬️ Air Dry Only: The dryer is the ultimate enemy for fit and motif (heat makes your item shrink). Just hang it out to air dry.
  • 🔥 Iron with caution: If you need to iron, do so only inside out and at a low temperature. Never iron directly over the print with a hot iron!

Did you click "Buy" too soon or decide on a different design at the last minute? No stress, it happens. But now you need to be extremely quick! Because at Black Ursus, we print each piece fresh and exclusively for you (print-on-demand), your order usually goes to the machines shortly after it's placed. So there is a window for cancellations, but it's short.
Here's how to cancel your order in time:
  1. Email me immediately: Send an email directly to support@blackursus.at
    (Very important: Be sure to include your order number right away so we don't lose a second!)
  2. We'll check the status: I'll quickly check if your item is already in production or if we can stop the process in time.
  3. You'll get an update: We'll contact you directly and let you know if the cancellation went through.

🚨 The hard limit (Please note):


Cancellations are only possible as long as the production of your unique item has not yet started. Once the printers are running, there is unfortunately absolutely no turning back – from then on, the piece is firmly reserved for you. So if you made a mistake, don't wait, contact us immediately!

Since I work on a print-on-demand basis, your order is often sent to the print shop shortly after you place it. As soon as the machines are running and your item is being produced exclusively for you, we can unfortunately no longer stop, change, or cancel the process.

So, it's better to take a few extra seconds at checkout. Calmly check your shopping cart again, compare your measurements with our size guides, and verify your address. This ensures that your new gear arrives smoothly and exactly how you want it.

At Black Ursus, there's no mass-produced off-the-rack merchandise. Each piece is crafted exclusively for you only after you place your order. This ensures uncompromising quality and protects the environment, but it also means it takes a few days longer than with the big fast-fashion giants.

Typically, delivery time is up to 10 business days. The clock starts ticking as soon as your order is successfully received and production begins.
We always give 100% so you can rock your new fit at the gym or on the street as quickly as possible. Please understand that in rare cases (e.g., extremely high order volume after a new drop), slight delays may occur. But trust me: It's worth the wait!

Simply put: Because your hoodie or shirt hasn't been waiting for you in a dusty warehouse for months. 🐻 Returns & Exchanges – Fair Play for the Crew

I want you to love your new piece from Black Ursus. If something doesn't fit or is faulty, I'll find a solution. But before you send anything back, please take two minutes to understand my philosophy:
🌱 My Print-on-Demand Promise

I'm not a fast-fashion corporation with huge warehouses. Every item you order is printed exclusively and freshly for you. This protects the environment and avoids waste.

Therefore, my big request to the crew: Please do not blindly order three sizes to choose from and then send two back. Before ordering, be sure to check my detailed Size Guide with the products. If you're unsure, just send me a quick email to support@blackursus.at – I'd be happy to advise you!
Should something still go wrong, the following rules apply:

1. Is there a quality issue? (Printing error, damaged) 🚨

Shit happens, even with the best quality control. If your hoodie or shirt has a printing error, was delivered incorrectly, or arrives damaged, I'll take care of it immediately – and it's free for you.
  • Here's how: Send me an email within 14 days of receipt to support@blackursus.at.
  • Important: Include 1-2 sharp photos of the defect and your order number. I'll check it with our print shop, and you'll receive a free replacement product as soon as possible. In this case, you usually don't even have to send the defective item back!

2. The size doesn't fit or you don't like it? (Withdrawal) 📦

You have the legal right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason.
  • The condition: The item must be unworn (trying it on is of course okay!), unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The costs: Since I'm a small, independent label from Vienna and your clothing was produced on-demand, I cannot (unlike large mass producers) offer free returns. You bear the costs for return shipping yourself.

3. How the return works 🔄


If you want to return an item, you can easily do so via our returns portal:
  • Register return: Click here to access my returns portal account.blackursus.at and log in with the email address you used for the order.
  • Select items: In your order overview, simply select the items you want to return and state the reason for the return.
  • If the portal doesn't work or you have questions, you can of course send me an email at support@blackursus.at anytime!
  • Pack securely: Pack the unworn item well (preferably in its original packaging).
  • Back to Vienna: Send the sufficiently franked package to our returns address:
