Where we deliver: We currently deliver to Germany and Austria.

Shipping costs: Shipping is always free ā€“ with no minimum order value, for every order to Austria and Germany.

Production & delivery time: We produce on demand; your item will only be printed after you place your order.

  • Production time (printing & quality check): 1ā€“3 business days
  • Shipping time: 3ā€“8 business days
  • Total duration: usually 5ā€“10 business days

Since we produce on demand with specialized partners, various items from one order may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping partners: DHL, DPD, GLS, and Ɩsterreichische Post.

Tracking: As soon as your item leaves production, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.

Transit damage: If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours at support@blackursus.at.

Customs & fees: Since we produce and ship entirely within the EU, no customs fees apply for deliveries to Germany and Austria.

āš” Important information for our sizes 3XL to 5XL (Massive Builds)
Especially for our big guys: From size 3XL, our hoodies and shirts mainly increase in width (shoulders & chest) to provide the necessary space for massive physiques. However, they don't get significantly longer. So, if you are very tall and strong, the item will fit nicely wide, but won't reach your knees.

The Fit: Bring the smart-casual vibe to the street or the gym. Our Premium Polo, made from high-quality piquƩ fabric, has a classic European fit. Compared to our Heavyweight T-Shirts, it is significantly more body-hugging and athletic. The sleeves are a little tighter on the bicep, and the waist is slightly tailored.
How to find your size (Note: it runs slimmer!):
  • Athletic / Tailored Fit: Do you want the polo to fit athletically and body-hugging (and on the biceps)? Then choose your normal size.

Did you click "Buy" too soon or decide on a different design at the last minute? No stress, it happens. But now you need to be extremely quick! Because at Black Ursus, we print each piece fresh and exclusively for you (print-on-demand), your order usually goes to the machines shortly after it's placed. So there is a window for cancellations, but it's short.
Here's how to cancel your order in time:

  2. We'll check the status: I'll quickly check if your item is already in production or if we can stop the process in time.

Typically, the delivery time is up to 10 business days for Germany and Austria (other EU countries up to 12 days). The clock starts ticking as soon as your order has been successfully received and production begins.
We always give 100% so you can rock your new fit in the gym or on the street as quickly as possible. Please understand that in rare cases (e.g., extremely high order volume after a new drop), slight delays may occur. But trust me: It's worth the wait!

I'm not a fast-fashion corporation with huge warehouses. Every item you order is printed exclusively and freshly for you. This protects the environment and avoids waste.

Therefore, my big request to the crew: Please do not blindly order three sizes to choose from and then send two back. Before ordering, be sure to check my detailed Size Guide with the products. If you're unsure, just send me a quick email to support@blackursus.at ā€“ I'd be happy to advise you!
Should something still go wrong, the following rules apply:

1. Is there a quality issue? (Printing error, damaged) šŸšØ

Shit happens, even with the best quality control. If your hoodie or shirt has a printing error, was delivered incorrectly, or arrives damaged, I'll take care of it immediately ā€“ and it's free for you.
  • Here's how: Send me an email within 14 days of receipt to support@blackursus.at.
  • Important: Include 1-2 sharp photos of the defect and your order number. I'll check it with our print shop, and you'll receive a free replacement product as soon as possible. In this case, you usually don't even have to send the defective item back!

2. The size doesn't fit or you don't like it? (Withdrawal) šŸ“¦

You have the legal right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason.
  • The condition: The item must be unworn (trying it on is of course okay!), unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The costs: Since I'm a small, independent label from Vienna and your clothing was produced on-demand, I cannot (unlike large mass producers) offer free returns. You bear the costs for return shipping yourself.

3. How the return works šŸ”„


If you want to return an item, you can easily do so via our returns portal:
  • Register return: Click here to access my returns portal account.blackursus.at and log in with the email address you used for the order.
  • Select items: In your order overview, simply select the items you want to return and state the reason for the return.

  • Pack securely: Pack the unworn item well (preferably in its original packaging).
  • Back to Vienna: Send the sufficiently franked package to our returns address:
