Shipping & Returns

📦 Shipping

Where we deliver: We currently deliver to Austria, Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Italy.

Shipping costs: Shipping is always free with us – no minimum order value required.

Production & Delivery time: We produce on demand; your item will only be printed after you place your order.

Production time (printing & quality check): 1–3 business days
Shipping time: 3–10 business days
Total delivery time: usually 5–12 business days

Since we produce on demand with specialized partners, different items in an order may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping partners: DHL, DPD, GLS, and Austrian Post, as well as local service providers depending on the country.

Tracking: As soon as your item leaves production, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.

Shipping Damage: If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours at support@blackursus.at.

Customs & Fees: Since we produce and ship entirely within the EU, no customs fees apply to deliveries to Austria, Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Italy.

🔄 Returns & Cancellations

As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. You can find the exact conditions, deadlines, and any exceptions in our binding cancellation policy.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us briefly beforehand by email at support@blackursus.at so we are aware of your request. Please then send the item unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition to:
