I'm not a fast-fashion label. I produce on-demand – meaning your piece is freshly printed only when you click "Order". This prevents overproduction, protects the environment, and guarantees you top quality. Thank you for joining us on this journey! 💚
- Production time (printing & quality check): 1–3 business days
- Shipping time: 3–8 business days (depending on region)
- Total duration: You typically receive your unique item within 5 to 10 business days.
- 💡 Good to know: Since we produce with specialized partners, different items (e.g., a hoodie and a mug) may arrive in separate packages. So don't be surprised if the postman rings twice!
🚚 4. Who delivers it? (Our shipping partners)
To ensure your new gear arrives safely, I work with reliable service providers: DHL, DPD, GLS, and the Austrian Post.
🖲️ 5. Where is my package? (Tracking)
As soon as your item leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. This way, you always have the delivery status on your radar.
🛠️ 6. Package damaged? (Transit damage)
Despite all care, something can go wrong during transport. Should your goods arrive damaged, please take a clear photo immediately and contact us within 48 hours at 📧 support@blackursus.at. I'll fix it for you!
🛃 7. Customs & Fees
No stress: Since I produce and ship entirely within the EU, there are absolutely no additional customs fees for deliveries to Germany and Austria.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges – Fair Play for the Crew
Does a piece not fit perfectly, or did you imagine it differently? No stress. You have 14 days from receiving your package to send it back to us. To ensure a smooth process for both of us, here are the rules of the game:
👕 Stay Fresh: Condition of the Goods
Of course, you can try on your new item to check the fit – just like in a changing room. The important thing is: the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in absolutely perfect condition upon return.
🚨 Important Rule:
If a tag or hygiene seal is attached to the product, please leave it on! If it's torn off, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.
🌱 Sustainability & Our Print-on-Demand Promise
You know: We don't have huge warehouses full of fast fashion. Your garment was printed exclusively and freshly for you. Every return burdens the environment and us as a small label. Our request to you: Before your next order, always briefly check our size guides to avoid unnecessary returns and CO₂. Together, we make streetwear more sustainable!
💸 The Costs
As an independent label from Vienna, we unfortunately cannot offer free returns like the big shipping giants. In this case, you bear the postage costs for the return shipment yourself.
📦 How to Return:
To ensure we can quickly assign your return, we handle it very simply via our returns center:
- Register Return: Click here on account.blackursus.at and simply log in with the email address of your order (you don't need a password).
- Select Items: Choose the pieces you want to return and click "request."
- Off to the Post: Once we've briefly approved your request, securely pack the items and send the package (sufficiently stamped) directly to our headquarters:

🛠 Damaged or Faulty Goods?
Was something wrong with the print, or did the package arrive damaged? Then you often don't even need to send it back to us! In this case, simply send us an email directly with a photo of the defect to support@blackursus.at, and we will immediately arrange a free replacement for you.

Once the package has arrived and been checked, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method.
Care instructions
✨ Care Guide: Keep it Fresh
Here's the secret recipe to keep your item as fresh as the first day:
Keep cool: Wash it in cold water (30°C) and turn it inside out beforehand.
Be gentle: Use the delicate wash cycle and leave out the fabric softener; the print will thank you.
Take a breather: Hang it on the clothesline instead of putting it in the hot dryer.
Take care when ironing: Only use lukewarm water, iron inside out and never iron over the design.
