Where we deliver: Currently, we deliver to Austria, Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Italy – more EU countries will follow.
Shipping costs: Shipping is always free with us – no minimum order value, to all countries we deliver to.
Production & delivery time: We produce on demand; your item is printed only after the order is placed.
- Production time (printing & quality check): 1–3 business days
- Shipping time: 3–8 business days (Austria/Germany), 4–9 business days (other EU countries)
- Total duration: usually 5–10 business days (Austria/Germany), up to 12 business days (other EU countries)
Since we produce on demand with specialized partners, different items from one order may arrive in separate packages.
Shipping partners: DHL, DPD, GLS, and the Austrian Post.
Tracking: As soon as your item leaves production, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.
Transport damage: If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours at support@blackursus.at.
Customs & fees: Since we produce and ship entirely within the EU, no customs fees apply for deliveries within the EU.

As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. The exact conditions, deadlines, and any exceptions can be found in our binding cancellation policy.
You bear the costs of the return shipment yourself.

✨ Care Guide: Keep it Fresh
Here is the secret recipe to keep your item as fresh as on the first day:
Stay cool: Wash it cold (30°C) and turn it inside out beforehand.
Be gentle: Use the delicate wash cycle and skip the fabric softener; the print will thank you.
Let it breathe: Hang it on the line instead of using a hot dryer.
Be careful when ironing: Only warm, iron inside out, and never over the print.
